A complete interior renovation of a custom home, managed from start to finish by Woodstellar. We did the core craft ourselves — the floors, the staircases, the tilework, the trim and the panelling — and coordinated the other trades, such as painting and cabinetry, so the whole interior came together as one. Documented from framing and coffered ceilings through to the finished rooms.

Two contractors had already taken on this home and fallen short — the owner is exacting about the details most people overlook, and would accept nothing that was not precise. Grand staircases, marble floors, coffered ceilings and panelled walls all had to agree in tone, line and finish, from the front entry to the top landing. That level of scrutiny is exactly where our work is strongest.
Our team self-performed the craft work — hardwood and marble tile floors, oak staircases with iron spindles, bathroom and floor tile, wainscoting, coffered detailing and custom millwork — and kept every other trade aligned to the same standard, so the whole home reads as one considered piece.
